  • Clearly explain the terms of each offer submitted.
  • Provide answers to the appraiser to ensure that the contract gets approved for financing.
  • Help to negotiate repairs in a manner comfortable to you and help to locate appropriate contractors, when needed.
  • Work closely with the title company to obtain all information needed to ensure a smooth closing.
  • Communicate consistently throughout the process so that you are never left wondering what the next step is.

Oh my gosh! Brandy made things SO much easier for me to sell my mom's ​house! I've been under a ton of stress and Brandy really kept things rolling ​for me!
